​​​​​​​​​​​ Session Times 5.30am-6.30am, 6.30am-7.30am,  9.30am-10.30am, 12.30pm-1.30pm, CF Kids 4pm, CF Teens 4.30pm 5.30pm-6.30pm, 6.30pm-7.30pm WOD Shoulder Press 5 Sets of 5 Reps ALL at 82.5%   THEN 7min AMRAP 3-6-9-12 etc  Shoulder Press @50% 15 Abmat Sit-up after each set
