Every Minute on the Minute for as long as possible
3 Power Clean 50/35kg
3 Front Squat
3 Push Jerk
 if you make it past 10min add 1 rep each minute
 e.g. 4 reps Min 11, 5 reps Min 12 etc until you can’t complete work
