10 KB Front Rack Lunge Step (5 each side)
8 Bulgarian Split Squats each leg
REST as Needed between rounds (no longer than 2min)
 
AT HOME VERSION – if you don’t have a KB use a DB or a heavy object that will challenge you for 10 reps
