AT HOME Version
Push Press – any object 5 Sets of 5 Reps (your kid, the dog!!, backpack, waterbottle, KB) 
if it’s an object you have to hold in 1 hand do 5 reps each side
5min AMRAP 8 Push Press with odd object, 8 Thruster 
if it’s an object you have to hold in 1 hand 4 Push Press each side, then Goblet Thruster (hold on chest)
